Just to kick start this conversation off, we need to begin planning for this in Janurary.

A/V equipment: Hopefully Allen can come through again. He did a bang up job.
Changes from last year, relocate beer stations to the kitchen side, this will allow for easier cleanup and for storing tables at the end of the night.
Relocoate food tables from hallway near kitchen to the front entrance. Will allow for faster serving if people can access both sides of the tables.
